Plan a visit to the Country Farmer’s Market at Crooked River Lighthouse on Saturday, September 5 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm! This outdoor market gives shoppers an opportunity to shop for unique gifts and deals. Located at the foot of the historic Crooked River Lighthouse, the Country Farmer’s Market brings together local vendors, artists, bakers, artisans and crafters. Market-goers can stroll through the lighthouse grounds while browsing an ever-changing selection of locally sourced, handcrafted and homemade products. Admission is FREE

Guests are invited to stay after the market, for live music all afternoon - four fabulous musicians, Brian Rowland from 1:00-2:30 pm, Steelbritt with Steve’s Steel Drum from 3:00-4:00 pm, Tropic Sands Band from 4:00-5:30 pm and Harold Boothe from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Visitors are invited to explore the free Keeper’s House Museum and Gift Shop, open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. The museum features fascinating maritime history, including the lighthouse’s original historic Fresnel lens. The Gift Shop offers handcrafted items, jewelry, nautical art, souvenirs and keepsakes. LINK Sausages & Beer Food Truck will offer delicious food and beverages. For more adventure, visitors have the unique opportunity to climb to the top of the lighthouse for a breathtaking panoramic view of St. George Sound. Climb tickets are available for $6.

Whether you are a local resident or visiting Carrabelle for a weekend getaway, the Country Farmer’s Market is a great place to find unique gifts, souvenirs and locally made products. Visitors may discover:

  • Handcrafted jewelry, woven baskets, totes, bags and keychains
  • Organic, farm-fresh produce and eggs
  • Grass-fed beef and batch-roasted coffee

The selection changes from market to market, so every visit offers an opportunity to discover something new. Admission to the park for the Country Market is free to the public.

Make your market visit part of a full Carrabelle, Florida, day trip by exploring the Crooked River Lighthouse grounds and historic Keeper’s House.

The free Keeper’s House Museum and Gift Shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. The museum features fascinating local maritime history, including the lighthouse’s original historic Fresnel lens. The Gift Shop offers handcrafted items, jewelry, nautical art, souvenirs and keepsakes.

For an unforgettable Forgotten Coast experience, adventurous visitors can also climb to the top of the Crooked River Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse on the Forgotten Coast. For a small fee, the climb offers breathtaking panoramic views of St. George Sound and Florida’s Gulf Coast.

The Country Farmers Market encourages new and returning vendors to join. Local artists, farmers, bakers, artisans, crafters and other vendors are welcome to participate. Vendors may sign up at any time for a $10 fee, and pre-registration is not requiredVendors are asked to bring all supplies needed with them (enough cash / change for the day, table, chairs, signage, etc.).
