Annual Crooked River Park Fest
The Crooked River Lighthouse in Carrabelle, FL will be hosting the 4th Annual Crooked River Park Fest on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

From 10 am - 4 pm, this event will feature an expanded Country ‘Super’ Market, local food vendors, car show, and a fish and nature printing art activity. The Crooked River Lighthouse Museum & Gift Shop, daytime tower climbs, and the 1894 Fresnel Lens exhibit will also be open to visitors. Admission to the Crooked River Park Fest is free to the public. Admission to Country “Super” Market from 10 am – 4 pm is free.
The celebration continues that evening with Twilight at the Tower from 5-8 pm under the beautiful Snow Full Moon. Evening festivities will include live music by The Waterbirds, an outdoor viewing of the movie The Lighthouse with William Defoe plus after-hour museum tours, a glowing bonfire, and evening tower climbs. The Crooked River Lighthouse Museum & Gift Shop, Tower Climbs, and the 1894 Fresnel Lens exhibit will be open to visitors. Admission for the Twilight at the Tower event is $5.
The Country ‘Super’ Market will be expanded to include food vendors and regional arts and crafts vendors. Visitors can shop for gifts and treats, including batch-roasted coffee, delicious baked goods, organic, farm-fresh produce, grass-fed beef, local art, and handcrafted items. Attendees can also enjoy a meal from a local food truck and browse unique nautical gifts and souvenirs in the Keeper’s House Gift Shop.
From 10 am - 2 pm, a car show will showcase a variety of vehicles, from classic and vintage models to modern custom cars. This event is sure to delight car enthusiasts and casual visitors. Prizes will be awarded so car owners are encouraged to join. Some cars will be from organizations such as the Forgotten Coast Cruisers, and the Tallahassee Branch of the antique Automobile Club of America. Numerous awards will be given as People’s Choice Awards, as chosen by ballots submitted by visitors
The Carrabelle Artist Association will host a Fish and Naturing Printing activity, offering a unique, hands-on creative experience. Attendees can create their own nautical or nature themed piece on rice paper or a tea towel to take home. Tickets for this activity are $20 and include materials and personal instruction. Attendees may also bring their own t-shirt, apron, or other items to create. Tickets are available at the Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce, the lighthouse gift shop and Ticketleap. Daytime tower climbs are available from 10 am–4 pm and offer fabulous panoramic views from the tallest lighthouse on the Forgotten Coast. Visitors 13 and older are $6. Children 12 and under are free with an adult and must be at least 44 inches tall. Free for current members. Plus guests can visit the Keeper’s House Museum for free to view the original 4th Order Fresnel Lens, manufactured in Paris, France, in 1894, glowing and rotating in its exhibit.
Then as darkness falls, visitors can enjoy the natural surroundings as the golden sun sets and the Snow Moon rises at Twilight at the Tower from 5 pm to 8 pm. After-hours visits in the Keeper’s House Museum, a glowing bonfire, and gift shop browsing add to the evening. Visitors are welcome to bring a chair and relax as the sky shifts from watercolor tones to evening blues.
The Waterbirds take the stage aboard the Pirate Ship. This talented group will bring a lively mix of reggae, folk, jazz, rock, blues, and original songs, guaranteed to get your toes tapping. Featuring singer-songwriter Susan David alongside Terry Koral, Rick Kohl, and Paul Adams, their dynamic performance is not to be missed. This will be a night of fantastic music and full moon magic!
Twilight tower climbs offer breathtaking panoramic views under the evening sky. Evening climbs cost $5 and are scheduled at 15-minute intervals. Children 12 and under are free with a ticketed adult and must be at least 44 inches tall. Free for current members.
